If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt to return the ordered products.
You can then make the choice to exchange the product against another, or obtain a full refund of the amount you paid (excluding shipping and handling fees for payment by credit card).
Exchanges can only be made against a different size of the same product. If you wish to return your product for another product (color, model, etc ...), it is a reimbursement procedure, then a new purchase.
Whatever solution you choose, articles incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled are non refundable or non exchangeable.
